QA/QC Introduction

In order that we obtain and retain long business relationships with our customers, we believe that 'quality counts above all else.' ISO9001 certification stipulates that all raw materials used in industrial processes must pass QC testing before going into production, and data collected and clearly recorded on all processes involved therein. It is strict adherence to such stipulations that our QC team works.

The team checks and controls every single one of our product lines, testing each individual component and part. It is through these stringent procedures all products must go before reaching the retailer and finally the consumer.

Since our main business involves the importation of components for assembly, for instance SONY optical lenses and MPEG cards, you can rest assured that if you choose us as a supplier you will be getting a quality product.

Not only in the production stages do we try to monitor the quality, we also maintain contact with our customers, thereby obtaining feedback on how we may improve or update our products. We do not merely pay lip service to quality, we live it and breathe it.
